Spring Edition of Westbourne Word is Here!

We are excited to announce the launch of the spring edition of our student magazine, packed full of thought-provoking articles, fascinating discoveries and creative features from our talented pupils.
In this issue, Jaya takes on a classic ethical dilemma: “Would you sacrifice one to save five?”; Misk unravels the mysteries of black holes; Will introduces us to a little-known, real-life Scrooge, William Dancer; and Muneeba compares the stage adaptation of A Thousand Splendid Suns with the original novel.
Our regular favourites are also back! Debate Wars questions whether core subjects are really essential; History’s Greatest Mysteries explores the theories surrounding the deserted Mary Celeste; and Alex brings us an exciting new Strange Sport — Soapbox Racing.
It’s a brilliant showcase of curiosity, creativity and critical thinking. Happy reading!
