Our Year 10 pupils are having a fantastic time in Cantabria! From swimming in the sea and soaking up the beautiful coastline to sampling delicious local cuisine, the trip has been packed with unforgettable experiences. Pupils have also embraced the local culture, enjoying traditional Spanish dancing and creating memories that will last a lifetime. What a wonderful time Year 2 had on their residential! The children threw themselves into every activity with boundless energy and enthusiasm, from exploring the muddy wonders of the farm to crafting (and devouring) their delicious pizzas. They showed such brilliant #independence and #teamwork throughout the trip, and we are incredibly proud of how beautifully they represented our school. Welcome back, superstars!

#SheffieldWednesdayAcademy Congratulations to Isaac in Senior School, who has received confirmation from Sheffield Wednesday Academy that he will be retained for a further two years. His age group has just completed a two-year contract cycle, so he was delighted to receive the news recently. It’s been a long season, his seventh at the club which began with an eight-week injury in the autumn, and Isaac has had to adapt and demonstrate resilience throughout. Year 6 enjoy a dose of “bibliotherapy” Year 6 pupils were delighted to receive a special delivery of books selected by our Year 7 librarian team. Each pupil was gifted a hand-picked title from the Senior School Library, along with a personalised reading list tailored to their interests. The initiative aimed to support wellbeing and encourage a love of reading through stories, imagination and escapism. A huge thank you to our Year 7 librarians for their thoughtfulness and care in curating each selection.
