I have experience in both the public and private sector, across multiple industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare and charities. I am an accomplished and client focused business leader with a successful track record of business transformation, ensuring financial growth, digital innovation and improved customer experience.

I was a finalist for “Board Director of the Year” in the UK Women in IT Awards 2021 recognising my contribution to technology enabled organisations, and support for diversity and inclusion.

I am a Non Executive Director holding a number of roles at Board level including experience of Board Chair, Board Sub Committee Chair and Board membership.

I hold a BSc from Durham University, an MBA from Nottingham University and I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies.

My son enjoyed his time at Westbourne and I wanted to contribute my skills to the success of the school.  I have, therefore, been a member of the Westbourne Governing Body since 2nd March 2020 including some time as a member of the Finance Committee and Deputy Chair.
