There was a “grand” re-opening of the access bridge between Ashdell Grove and Ashdell House on Wednesday this week. This has been closed for repairs which were completed in two days.
In the absence of any official dignitaries in the area at the time, Mr Dodds – with a little help from ‘Her Magesty’, completed proceedings.
Mr Dodds had a large following of pupils as he removed the tape to allow pupils to move between the sites more quickly, rather than having to ‘go the long way round’ to their lessons.
