Whole school new development 

If you walk past Ashdell Road in Broomhill, it’s impossible to miss Westbourne’s £3-million project, which has been constructed to cater for the school’s growing numbers and is the most ambitious construction project to date for the school.

The large two-storey building features a state-of-the-art sports and performing arts hall and three classrooms as well as improvements to the existing Junior School buildings. There is also a new glass-fronted reception where all visitors can now sign in securely as well as changing rooms, office space, toilets, circulation space and a covered playground.

Our Early Years facilities benefit from two learning classrooms and enhanced facilities that flow freely into the outdoor play areas.

With nearly 400 pupils ranging from Pre-School age to Year 11, and more than 90 members of staff, the new development affords Westbourne pupils with excellent facilities and is central to our policy of small classes and personal support for every pupil.
