Computing has an impact on nearly every aspect of our lives - from working to socialising, learning to playing.
The digital age has transformed the way young people communicate, network, seek help, access information and learn.
As technology becomes more and more embedded in our culture, we aim to provide our young learners with relevant and contemporary experiences that allow them to successfully engage with technology and prepare them for life during and after school.
We are committed to addressing gender balance in Computing, taking part in Government research in 2021 to improve girls engagement in the subject.
In Junior School we offer:
✔ Fully resourced computing scheme for Years 1 to 6
✔ A bank of Chromebooks
✔ A dedicated ICT suite of 20 computers
✔ Computing embedding across curriculum learning
✔ The use of interactive screens within classrooms.
