Staff
Teaching aids, well-equipped classrooms and modern technology are nothing
without the proper calibre of staff and Westbourne's teaching staff is its
greatest asset. All teaching staff are well qualified and all continue with
extended research and study in their fields of interest and professional responsibility -
there is one teacher whose responsibility it is to coordinate continued staff training.
It is their dedication and endeavour which helps to create the very positive atmosphere
which can so readily be felt. It is our proud boast that, out of a complement of
some thirty teaching staff, there are ten whose combined service to the school is in
excess of 160 years!
On the domestic front, Westbourne enjoys the services of a remarkably loyal and efficient team,
whose efforts are reflected in the high standards which are evident around the School.
