Football Winners

Westbourne hosted their annual football tournament at Abbeydale Rugby Club during Spring term, which saw over twenty schools competing. The Westbourne Under 13s team won their tournament with the Westbourne Under 11s coming second to The Elms School, Malvern, in theirs.

Director of Sports Nigel Elvidge said, “The Under 11s and Under 13s football teams did fantastically well at the tournament and we look forward to meeting the teams again next year.”

Schools from Scarborough, Doncaster, Lincoln, Leeds and Leicester competed at the tournament.
